Falk Marco Polo sets the course for the future
Falk M-Series Marco Polo Edition / lifestyle line F-Series is expanded / new mobile navigation software Falk activepilot / Navigation links in with falk.de
Falk Marco Polo Interactive not only works to upgrade the technical features of its navigation devices but also continuously improves their content. Falk’s principal strategy here is to utilise in-house synergistic effects: For instance, the tips from the popular Marco Polo Travel Guides can be found on the new devices and the millions of POIs (Point of Interests) that are offered on the website www.falk.de can be downloaded to the navigation devices as a route point. A new generation of navigation devices will be unveiled at CeBIT: The ultra-flat F-Series is being expanded and the travel navigation devices from the newly created Falk M-Series Marco Polo Edition have close links with the popular series of travel guides. In addition, at the end of April a new, improved software version will be available for the mobile navigation solution Falk activepilot.
“Here in our company we have a series of successful products which complement one another and which we will link together to an even greater extent in future,“ emphasises Dr. Frank Mair, managing director of Falk Marco Polo Interactive. “The mobility portal falk.de offers millions of POIs, our travel guides are famous for their well-researched travel tips – and all of this information will benefit the users of our navigation devices. Anybody who purchases a Falk device gets more than just a reliable navigation device, namely a complete travel companion.”

Falk Marco Polo Edition travel navigation devices
The development of a navigation series that is based around the popular Marco Polo Travel Guides is simply a logical step: the new Falk Marco Polo Edition, called the M-Series for short, is as compact as the books and just as packed full with useful information and features. The travel navigation devices are customised entirely to cater for the needs of a mobile clientele. In many hundreds of cities and regions in Europe, travellers will now find up to 1.5 million POIs in the form of sights, restaurants and many other secret tips. The design of the devices is reminiscent of the sophisticated look of the F-Series, but they are much smaller and more practical (with a 3.5 inch touchscreen). The M-Series devices will be available in the shops starting from € 149.95.

High-end device with all the refinements
The popular 4.3 inch F-Series has been expanded to include a high-end device with voice activation, Bluetooth and a split screen and it still has an unbeatable height of just 17 mm.
You will find Falk Marco Polo Interactive at CeBIT in Hall 15 at Stand D14.
